Executive Summary

The intent of this paper is to measure the impact which the different beginnings of European Union jurisprudence has had on the jurisprudence of the United Kingdom. The general decision sing the ingraining of the United Kingdom into the European Union is that it has brought about considerable effects and alterations to the legal model of the state. The beginnings of the European Union jurisprudence could be classified as primary jurisprudence, secondary jurisprudence and auxiliary jurisprudence. Introduction
